In Footer Editor click to section name in Customize- > Footer or click on the row name in the row setting.
In each row setting you can customize:
Layout: Full Width or Contained.
Padding: Padding Top & Padding bottom.
Margin: customize footer row margin.
Styling: you can style the footer from color to background color, border and border color.
Footer Widgets Title: custom style the header located on the footer apply with all the classic widgets throughout the site.
